Apoiamos a inclusão social, incidimos na defesa de seus direitos, produzindo e disseminando conhecimento.Atuamos desde o nascimento ao processo de envelhecimento, propiciando o desenvolvimento de habilidades e potencialidades que favoreçam a escolaridade e o emprego apoiado, além de oferecer assessoria jurídica às famílias a respeito dos direitos das pessoas com Deficiência Intelectual.Pioneiro no Teste do Pezinho no Brasil e credenciado pelo Ministério da Saúde como Serviço de Referência em Triagem Neonatal, o Laboratório do Instituto Jô Clemente (IJC) é o maior do Brasil em exames realizados.Por meio do Centro de Ensino, Pesquisa e Inovação (CEPI), a Organização gera e dissemina conhecimento científico sobre Deficiência Intelectual com pesquisas e cursos de formação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender crianças com atraso no desenvolvimento neuropsicomotor, deficiência intelectual, síndrome genéticas e RN de risco no Serviço de Estimulação e Habilitação na Central e nos Núcleos, visando promover o desenvolvimento global, além de favorecer o atendimento integral e humanizado da criança e sua família, com ênfase no desenvolvimento da fala, linguagem, audição, voz, comunicação, funções cognitivas e do sistema sensório-motor oral. Realizar avaliação funcional em crianças com deficiência intelectual, síndromes genéticas, atraso no desenvolvimentoneuropsicomotor, seguindo os critérios de elegibilidade e RN de risco, visando assim à inserção na programação de atendimento doServiço de Estimulação e Habilitação;Avaliar a linguagem oral e escrita, voz, fala, audição e deglutição e registrar os dados coletados em prontuário;Avaliar e acompanhar a linguagem oral e escrita, voz, fala, audição e deglutição dos pacientes provindos do mercado privado,seguindo os critérios de elegibilidade do serviço;Realizar a construção do Projeto Terapêutico Singular (PTS) com a família;Realizar atendimentos terapêuticos dentro das Programações do Serviço de estimulação e habilitação;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento das crianças com RN de risco, a partir do protocolo existente no Serviço de Estimulação e Habilitação;Documentar no prontuário o histórico do desenvolvimento das crianças atendidas em diferentes áreas, notificando algumacontecimento importante ou intercorrência relevante ao atendimento;Realizar evolução diária;Elaborar relatórios de encaminhamentos solicitados por médicos e demais especialistas ou serviços a respeito das crianças atendidas(creches, escolas, instituições especializadas), favorecendo a comunicação entre os diversos serviços, quando necessário;Participar de reuniões com a equipe multidisciplinar, para planejar as atividades, elucidar os trabalhos realizados junto aos pacientes,analisar casos novos para inserção nos programas de atendimento;Encaminhar as crianças atendidas para outros serviços, quando necessário;Apoiar e manter parceria com creches, escolas e outros serviços de saúde para favorecer o desenvolvimento global da criança;Planejar atividades terapêuticas externas, visando socialização, inclusão social, convivência, emancipação e desenvolvimento globalda criança e sua família;Possibilitar suporte técnico para estagiários e trainees que frequentam o serviço de Estimulação e Habilitação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em fonoaudiologia / Registro AtivoConhecimento em deficiência intelectual e atraso do desenvolvimento;Conhecimento em linguagem oral, escrita, voz, fala, audição e deglutição;Conhecimento em atendimento terapêutico em equipe multidisciplinar;Informações adicionaisHorário: Segunda a Quinta-feira 13h as 18h / Sexta 12h as 16h.Contratação: CLT
