Fonoaudiólogo hospitalar, com prática em acompanhamento do paciente neonatal e pediátrico, conhecimento teórico e prático sobre a amamentação e disfagia neonatal/pediátrica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPosicionar-se quanto à segurança da alimentação via oral, para decisão conjunta da equipe, quanto à necessidade de vias alternativas de alimentação;Indicar o volume e a(s) consistência(s) segura(s) por via oral, de forma parcial ou total, minimizando os riscos de broncoaspiração;Orientar e discutir com a equipe medidas de conforto e possíveis vias alternativas de alimentação e hidratação, nos casos em que não for possível a alimentação por via oral;Utilizar recursos terapêuticos com o objetivo de habilitar e reabilitar, prevenir os agravos à saúde e minimizar riscos relacionados às desordens do sistema estomatognático e riscos relacionados às desordens da deglutição;Discutir com a equipe multidisciplinar as condutas nos cuidados paliativos e os planos de cuidado, contribuindo na tomada de decisão compartilhada de competências fonoaudiológicas;Colaborar com o desenvolvimento das ações de humanização na assistência prestada em Terapia Intensiva;Capacidade técnica para realização da triagem auditiva neonatal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Fonoaudiologia;Registro ativo e regular no Conselho Regional de Fonoaudiologia (CREFONO);Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office e ferramentas de e-mail;Boa capacidade de organização, gerenciamento do tempo e priorização de demandas;Comunicação clara e eficaz;Bom relacionamento interpessoal;Proatividade e desenvoltura para participação em discussões de casos junto à equipe multiprofissional;Especialização em Fonoaudiologia Neonatal ou Especialização em Fonoaudiologia Hospitalar ou experiência comprovada na área hospitalar;Facilidade para trabalho em equipe;Conhecimento sobre aleitamento materno, disfagia neonatal e pediátrica;Conhecimento dos princípios da Iniciativa Hospital Amigo da Criança (IHAC) e do Método Canguru.Informações adicionaisSalário: R$ 5.250,00Insalubridade: R$ 324,20Alimentação em refeitório;Vale-transporte (opcional);Escala 12x60, 30 Horas semanais
