Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesDesenvolver novas formulações de produtos cosméticos, considerando viabilidade técnica e econômica;Realizar testes de bancada e elaboração de protótipos;Conduzir estudos de estabilidade e compatibilidade;Elaborar e revisar documentação técnica, incluindo protocolos, relatórios de desenvolvimento, dossiês e especificações técnicas;Pesquisar, avaliar e homologar matérias-primas e novos ativos;Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Garantia da Qualidade, Produção, Desenvolvimento de Embalagens, Segurança & Eficácia, Transferência de Tecnologia, Regulatórios e Marketing;Fornecer suporte técnico durante o desenvolvimento e lançamento de produtos;Garantir conformidade com legislações, regulamentos e diretrizes do grupo;Apoiar processos de transferência de tecnologia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos

Formação superior completa em Farmácia, Química, Engenharia Química, Biologia, Cosméticos ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em desenvolvimento de produtos cosméticos; Conhecimento em formulação, pesquisa de matérias-primas e estudos de estabilidade; Capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas da companhia.
