A pessoa trabalhará em parceria com produto e áreas de negócio para transformar oportunidades de eficiência em soluções práticas, utilizando IA generativa, APIs, automações, desenvolvimento web e integrações com sistemas internos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver protótipos e MVPs com IA generativa, automações e integrações.Criar fluxos automatizados utilizando n8n e integrações via APIs.Atuar com ferramentas como Claude, Claude Code, Lovable, OpenAI e similares.Desenvolver ou evoluir soluções usando duas ou mais linguagens (Node.js, React, PHP e Python)Integrar sistemas internos, bancos de dados, aplicações web e ferramentas de IA.Apoiar desenho técnico de agentes, copilots, assistentes e fluxos inteligentes.Avaliar viabilidade técnica, esforço, riscos e arquitetura das soluções.Apoiar boas práticas de segurança, logs, autenticação e uso seguro de dados.Documentar soluções e apoiar a evolução de MVPs para produção.Atuar consultivamente no mapeamento de processos As-is e proposição do To-BeRequisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência de mais de 5 anos em desenvolvimento de software.Experiência com desenvolvimento acelerado por IA: Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub Copilot ou ferramentas de vibe coding.Experiência na criação de AI Agents.Capacidade de entender o negócio, validar procesos As-is e propor To-be que gera valor.Experiência prática com n8n para criação de automações e integrações.Experiência criar protótipos rápidos e evoluir para MVPs funcionais.Conhecimento sólido em Node.js, React e integração com APIs REST.Conhecimento em Python para automações, scripts ou integrações com IA.Familiaridade com aplicações em PHP.Familiaridade com LangChain, LangGraph ou frameworks similaresNoções de cloud, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps ou serverless.Conhecimento em IA generativa, LLMs, prompt engineering e uso de APIs de IA.Boa comunicação para atuar com produto, negócio e tecnologia.ComportamentalAutonomia e foco em entregaHabilidade de traduzir assuntos técnicos para pessoas não técnicas.Mentalidade inovadora, capaz de assumir riscos calculadosDiferenciaisConhecimento em RAG, embeddings, bancos vetoriais.Conhecimento em LGPD, segurança de dados e governança de IA.Familiaridade com Método BMAD e orquestração de agentesVivência com os segmentos de educação e saúde.Conhecimento em TOTVS/RM ou Protheus.Informações adicionais Posição Remota, porém com disponibilidade para idas esporádicas ao escritório em Campinas - SP
