Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Fullstack Senior para integrarse a un equipo de desarrollo en uno de los principales bancos de Chile. Participarás en la construcción y evolución de aplicaciones críticas del negocio, integrando sistemas core, canales digitales y servicios en entornos on premise y cloud, bajo altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento regulatorio.

Responsabilidades y atribucionesResponsabilidades y Funciones

Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones fullstack con Java/Spring Boot en el backend y JavaScript en el frontend. Construir y consumir servicios REST y SOAP para integrar sistemas core, canales digitales y plataformas de terceros. Implementar soluciones bajo arquitecturas MVC, MVVM y Clean Architecture, asegurando código mantenible, escalable y testeable. Desarrollar y optimizar consultas, procedimientos almacenados y modelos de datos en bases relacionales y NoSQL. Desplegar y dar soporte a aplicaciones sobre Oracle WebLogic y entornos Linux/Unix, así como en servicios cloud. Participar en el análisis de requerimientos funcionales junto a las áreas de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas. Asegurar la calidad del código mediante pruebas unitarias e integración y revisión de código entre pares. Colaborar con los equipos de QA en la certificación de desarrollos y en la resolución de defectos. Analizar y resolver incidencias en ambientes productivos y no productivos. Documentar las soluciones técnicas y cumplir las políticas de seguridad y los estándares de desarrollo del banco.

Requisitos y calificacionesRequisitos técnicosTítulo de Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, Ingeniería de Ejecución en Informática o carrera afín.Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como desarrollador/a fullstack, idealmente en banca, servicios financieros o grandes corporaciones.Backend: dominio de Java y Java EE, Spring y Spring Boot.Frontend: sólidos conocimientos de JavaScript y de herramientas de manejo de dependencias (npm, bower).Integración: diseño y consumo de servicios REST y SOAP, con experiencia en integraciones multiplataforma.Arquitectura: conocimiento práctico de patrones MVC, MVVM y Clean Architecture.Bases de datos relacionales: motores (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL u otros), SQL avanzado, constraints, procedimientos almacenados, índices y tipos de joins.Bases de datos NoSQL: motores y herramientas (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra u otros).Servidores de aplicaciones: experiencia con Oracle WebLogic.Infraestructura: manejo de sistemas operativos Linux/Unix en entornos on premise.Cloud: comprensión de los modelos SaaS, PaaS, IaaS y CaaS.Control de versiones: Git (branching, merge, pull requests).
