Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Experiência e VendasRealizar atendimento consultivo com domínio total do cardápio, ingredientes, harmonizações e diferenciais da casa.Atuar com foco em vendas: oferecer complementos, trabalhar sugestões estratégicas e impulsionar o ticket médio.Acompanhar toda a jornada do cliente — da recepção ao fechamento — com atenção aos detalhes.Resolver dúvidas, pedidos especiais ou ajustes com empatia, autonomia e foco em satisfação.Ritmo de Salão e OperaçãoManter o salão sempre organizado, limpo, abastecido e funcional durante o turno.Supervisionar e organizar a estação de trabalho e os insumos do salão (copos, bebidas, gelo, talheres etc.).Apoiar o controle de estoque, sinalizando necessidades de compras e reposições.Trabalhar em sintonia com a cozinha para garantir pedidos precisos e entregas sem erros.Liderança e ProtagonismoParticipar da abertura e fechamento da loja, garantindo tudo pronto para operar com excelência.Ser exemplo de disciplina, organização e atendimento de alto padrão.Apoiar Cumins e Atendentes, orientando o time para uma operação de alta performance.Sugerir melhorias e estar atento(a) a oportunidades para elevar a experiência do cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional com o seguinte perfil e qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Possuir experiência em salão e vendas, com a capacidade de "ler" o cliente e conduzir um atendimento consultivo.Habilidades Comportamentais: Ser protagonista, com iniciativa, agilidade e foco em resultados. Possuir visão de dono, cuidando da loja como se fosse sua e resolvendo problemas com autonomia.
