• É responsável por prestar o atendimento inicial e direto aos clientes no salão, anotando e lançando pedidos de baixa e média complexidade, servindo refeições e bebidas, e garantindo a satisfação do cliente de acordo com os padrões de serviço e higiene do estabelecimento. Atua sob a orientação do Chefe de Fila ou Maître.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Atender reclamações de clientes e busca a solução dos problemas.• Auxiliar com a limpeza de mesas e montagem da mesa para novos serviços• Auxiliar na reposição de buffet quando necessário.• Comandar e lançar no sistema os pedidos de alimentos e bebidas.• Preparar a Mise en Llace de seu local de trabalho.• Realizar o atendimento ao cliente em todos os PDVs durante a operação.• Servir os pedidos de alimentos e bebidas aos clientes em todos os PDVs.• Apresentar e sugerir aos clientes itens do cardápio (pratos, bebidas etc.)• Lançar os pedidos no sistema, fechar contas e emitir as respectivas notas fiscais, quando necessário.💙 Aqui, cada detalhe importa — e seu trabalho será essencial para oferecer uma experiência de excelência aos nossos hóspedes.
