Aqui, entendemos que o normal é ser diferente e queremos que você se sinta confortável em ser quem é, seja no trabalho ou fora dele.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Preparar a mesa antecipadamente, colocando pratos, talheres, guardanapos e outros, de acordo com a alimentação a ser servida e padrão Meliá;• Tomar nota com exatidão de todos os pedidos de pratos e bebidas, confirmá-los e encaminhá-los a cozinha;• Servir o couvert e tirar o pedido das bebidas anotando em comanda;• Atender reclamação de clientes e encaminhá-la ao responsável do restaurante;• Retirar pratos e talheres da mesa oferecendo ao cliente café e sobremesa, e, posteriormente, entregar a nota;• Conhecer todos os pratos e bebidas servidos no restaurante, desde sua composição e até a forma de preparo;• Estar a par do funcionamento do hotel, dos serviços oferecidos e de informações sobre bairro em que o hotel está localizado.Requisitos e qualificações• Experiência profissional comprovada como Garçom ou Garçonete;• Experiência prática com caixa registradora e sistema informatizado de pedidos (p.ex.
