Responsabilidades e atribuições Gestão Financeira e P&L: Encarregado da análise do DRE da unidade, acompanhamento mensal de indicadores e confecção de relatórios de variação. Controle rigoroso da cadeia de suprimentos, estoque e auditoria de faturamento de pacientes para a matriz. Governança e Compliance: Garantir a conformidade total com regulamentações públicas e normas internas. Presidir comitês de qualidade visando a redução de custos e mitigação de riscos. Gestão de Infraestrutura e Facilities: Acompanhar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva do parque de equipamentos, definindo planos de ação rápidos para falhas operacionais. Gestão de Pessoas: Administrar a escala operacional, efetuar o controle de jornada e liderar equipes multidisciplinares. Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional: Zelar pelas diretrizes de segurança do trabalho, registrando ocorrências e ministrando treinamentos para planos de emergência e adequações regulatórias.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas correlatas Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado um diferencial.Experiência prévia em gestão de unidades, filiais ou centros operacionais.Vivência em gestão de equipes multidisciplinares.Conhecimento de indicadores operacionais e financeiros de gestão de negócios.Gestão de processos, indicadores e orçamento.Pacote Office, com domínio de Excel para acompanhamento de indicadores.
