Se você tem visão de negócio, gosta de transformar números em decisões e acredita que uma gestão administrativa eficiente é essencial para o crescimento de uma operação, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Gerente Administrativo de Revendas, liderando os processos administrativos de nossas unidades no Estado de Mato Grosso e contribuindo diretamente para a eficiência, sustentabilidade e evolução dos resultados das Revendas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão Administrativa das Revendas: Gerenciar e supervisionar os processos administrativos das unidades, promovendo padronização, eficiência, integração com o CSC e aderência às diretrizes corporativas.Orçamento, Indicadores e Resultados: Coordenar o acompanhamento do orçamento, despesas e principais indicadores das Revendas, identificando desvios, oportunidades e conduzindo planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados.Controle de Inventários e Prejuízos: Acompanhar os inventários das Revendas e o pacote de prejuízo dos armazéns, analisando perdas e desvios e apoiando as unidades na definição de ações para redução de impactos.Compras, Fornecedores e Estrutura: Supervisionar processos de compras, gestão de fornecedores, pagamentos, manutenções e demais recursos administrativos, buscando eficiência, controle de custos e qualidade na prestação dos serviços.Gestão e Desenvolvimento da Equipe: Liderar, orientar e desenvolver o time administrativo das unidades, estabelecendo prioridades, padrões de execução e acompanhando desempenho e produtividade.Gestão e Suporte ao Negócio: Atuar em parceria com os Gerentes das Revendas e a Diretoria, consolidando informações, apoiando decisões, conduzindo projetos e promovendo melhorias que contribuam para a eficiência e sustentabilidade das operações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo.Experiência profissional consistente em gestão administrativa, financeira ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência com gestão de pessoas e liderança de equipes.Experiência com acompanhamento e controle orçamentário.Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados, identificar desvios e propor soluções.Domínio de ferramentas de gestão e controles administrativos.Disponibilidade de viagens.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Contrato PJVale alimentaçãoCarro
