Nossas 2 fábricas, com capacidade produtiva superior a 500 milhões de litros por ano, nossa ampla capacidade logística em todo país, somado a um terminal de óleos básicos e uma rede de Distribuidores, atendem mais de 100 mil clientes com nossas grandes marcas, reconhecidas pela sua excelência e qualidade: Texaco Lubrificantes e Ipiranga Lubrificantes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição e resumo do cargo:Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente Administrativo Financeiro para atuar em uma posição estratégica, liderando as frentes de Governança de Dados (Master Data), Crédito e Contas a Receber e Gestão de Custos Industriais e Comerciais.Será responsável por garantir a integridade das informações econômico-financeiras da companhia, apoiando a tomada de decisão por meio de uma gestão robusta de riscos, processos, controles e análises financeiras.

Principais atividades:Liderar a governança dos dados mestres no ERP, assegurando qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das informações.Gerenciar as operações de crédito, cobrança e contas a receber, incluindo definição de políticas, gestão de riscos, exposição de crédito e indicadores como DSO, aging e inadimplência.Conduzir comitês de crédito e apoiar decisões comerciais envolvendo riscos relevantes.Garantir aderência aos controles internos e requisitos SOX.Liderar os processos de custeio industrial e comercial, análises de rentabilidade e projeções de custos.Desenvolver projeções de CPV, P&L e balanço, suportando processos de budget, forecast e tomada de decisão.Atuar em parceria com áreas como Operações, Supply Chain, Compras, Comercial e FP&A na identificação de oportunidades de produtividade, otimização de custos e geração de valor para o negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPré-requisitosFormação superior em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada em Crédito, Cobrança, Contas a Receber e Gestão de Riscos.Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de operações administrativas e financeiras.Vivência com gestão e projeção de custos industriais e/ou comerciais.Conhecimento de controles internos e ambiente SOX.Experiência com ERP e governança de dados.Inglês avançado.
