Atuar no suporte à gestão da unidade, contribuindo diretamente para a condução da equipe e para o bom funcionamento da operação. Será responsável por acompanhar e garantir a execução das rotinas da loja, incluindo abastecimento, organização, gestão de estoque, fechamento de caixas, prevenção de perdas e atendimento ao cliente.Também deverá assegurar o cumprimento das políticas, normas e procedimentos internos, acompanhar os resultados da unidade e apoiar a liderança na tomada de decisões. Na ausência do Gerente de Loja, deverá assumir a condução da operação, garantindo a continuidade das atividades e o direcionamento da equipe.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o atendimento aos clientes em loja sempre que necessário;Garantir a integração e o treinamento de novos colaboradores; Realizar a avaliação do período de experiência dos novos colaboradores;Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe, proporcionando feedbacks contínuos;Treinar e desenvolver os colaboradores para futuras oportunidades de crescimento dentro da companhia;Garantir o uso do fardamento e boa apresentação da equipe;Gerir o banco de horas negativo e positivo;Elaborar escala de férias dos colaboradores;Elaborar escala de folgas e de horários com validade mensal;Garantir a padronização na arrumação dos setores da loja;Garantir a organização e limpeza das áreas de convívio;Garantir limpeza da loja, produtos, equipamentos, caixas, piso de modo em geral;Assegurar o bom uso e devida manutenção dos equipamentos de informática e mobiliários;Realizar orçamentos para manutenções periódicas e corretivas na loja, como ar-condicionado, iluminação entre outros;Aplicar diariamente carga nos PDVs e garantir a troca das etiquetas de preço; Realizar pedidos de reposição de mercadorias diretamente dos CDs;Garantir a padronização na organização da área de recebimento, depósito e/ou aéreo;Aferir e controlar periodicamente o estoque da loja;Garantir a conferência de mercadorias tanto na entrada como na saída da loja;Atender aos acionamentos das centrais de monitoramento, quanto referente ao alarme; Acompanhar junto à equipe de prevenção de perdas maneiras de mitigar os prejuízos; Garantir tratamento conforme norma da avaria, bem como seu desempenho de venda;Encerrar e conferir o fechamento de cada caixa por operador diariamente;Encerrar e conferir o movimento financeiro total do dia; Garantir que as movimentações fiscais ocorram dentro dos prazos;Acompanhar e reportar quaisquer fiscalizações órgão regulador em sua filial para a área competente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Ensino superior cursando será um diferencial;Experiência na função;Habilidades de liderança, planejamento, comunicação e capacidade para trabalhar em equipe. Informações adicionaisTodas as nossas vagas também estão disponíveis para Pessoas Com Deficiência (PcD).
