Na LUZ, estamos estruturando uma nova fase da nossa operação comercial e buscamos um Gerente Comercial para liderar o Canal Direto, integrando as operações de SDR, Inside Sales e Executivos Comerciais (Closers).

Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir a cadência e a eficiência da operação comercial, conduzindo os principais rituais de gestão, acompanhando metas e indicadores, desenvolvendo o time e promovendo a evolução contínua dos processos e da performance.

Procuramos alguém que tenha visão de funil e capacidade analítica para identificar gargalos, entender os fatores que impactam a conversão e transformar dados em ações concretas, garantindo maior previsibilidade e consistência nos resultados da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar a operação do Canal Direto, envolvendo BDRs, Inside Sales e Executivos Comerciais, garantindo alinhamento e foco nas metas; Estruturar e garantir a execução da cadência comercial e dos rituais de gestão; Acompanhar indicadores do funil, identificando gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria; Monitorar métricas como conversão por etapa, tempo de resposta a leads, taxa de fechamento, ciclo de vendas, produtividade e forecast; Trabalhar em parceria com Sales Ops na análise de dados, construção de dashboards e tomada de decisão; Evoluir playbooks, scripts, critérios de qualificação e processos comerciais com base em dados; Acompanhar o andamento da operação por meio de pipeline, forecast e acompanhamento das metas; Apoiar a expansão da estrutura comercial, acompanhando a necessidade de crescimento do time na definição de estratégias, priorização de leads e direcionamento da operação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos

Experiência consolidada na gestão de operações de SDR/BDR, Inside Sales e/ou times de vendas; Experiência com gestão de pessoas e desenvolvimento de equipes comerciais; Domínio de funil de vendas, gestão de pipeline, forecast, cadência comercial e indicadores de performance; Vivência com CRM e ferramentas de automação comercial;
