Irá atuar como Gerente de Unidade garantindo a entrega dos resultados financeiros, através da gestão de pessoas e processos pré-estabelecidos, disseminando a cultura e valores da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Gerir o time da unidade, atuando em processos de recrutamento e seleção, feedbacks, controle de escalas e ponto, treinamento, desenvolvimento, acompanhamento da rotina e desligamentos;·        Garantir o cumprimento das normas, diretrizes, procedimentos operacionais e políticas internas;·        Conduzir reuniões periódicas de alinhamento, compartilhando resultados e iniciativas promocionais;·        Realizar avaliação de novos clientes;·        Executar vendas e revendas de pacotes de depilação a laser (presencial e/ou on-line);·        Acompanhar e garantir a entrega dos resultados financeiros e operacionais da unidade;·        Assegurar o cumprimento do padrão de atendimento da empresa;·        Prestar atendimento de excelência, esclarecendo dúvidas e realizando tratativas contratuais;·        Monitorar a pesquisa NPS e conduzir tratativas com clientes;·        Acompanhar intercorrências e dúvidas sobre os resultados dos tratamentos, prestando assistência quando necessário;·        Estabelecer parcerias e realizar prospecção de novos clientes;·        Planejar e executar planos de ação voltados aos indicadores operacionais, comerciais e clínicos;·        Garantir o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos, bem como a organização, higiene e limpeza da unidade;·        Executar rotinas administrativas, incluindo análise e envio de relatórios, abertura de chamados, pedidos de compras, inventário e gestão de terceiros;·        Monitorar e manter atualizada a documentação exigida pelos órgãos fiscalizadores.Requisitos e qualificações·        Ensino superior completo ou em andamento (desejável);·        Conhecimento no Pacote Office;·        Experiência prévia na gestão de equipes de vendas e acompanhamento de resultados;·        Perfil analítico e visão estratégica;·        Habilidade em vendas presenciais e on-line;·        Disponibilidade e flexibilidade de horário.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos?Salário fixo + bonificações por metas atingidas;Vale transporte;Vale refeição;Vale alimentação;Assistência médica e odontológica;Parceria de desconto com a Zenklub e Orienteme – plataforma online de saúde emocional;Day Off – uma folga no mês do aniversário;Parcerias educacionais com universidades e cursos de idiomas;Seguro de vida;Parceria com Wellbub (antiga Gympass) - plataforma corporativa de bem-estar e qualidade de vida.
