Vaga de Gerente Comercial para atuar de forma estratégica na gestão e desenvolvimento dos mercados de açúcar, etanol, grãos e demais produtos do portfólio.Buscamos um profissional com forte capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e conhecimento de mercado, que utilize dados, indicadores e informações de mercado para apoiar a tomada de decisões, identificar tendências, oportunidades e riscos, além de contribuir diretamente para a definição das estratégias e direcionamentos do negócio.Se você possui experiência nos mercados de açúcar, etanol e grãos, visão estratégica e conhecimento em Trade, Inteligência de Mercado e análise de dados, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e acompanhar a estratégia comercial dos mercados de açúcar, etanol, grãos e demais produtos do portfólio;Monitorar mercado, preços, oferta, demanda, concorrência e tendências, identificando oportunidades e riscos para o negócio;Transformar dados e informações de mercado em análises e recomendações estratégicas para tomada de decisão;Elaborar cenários e projeções de mercado, avaliando impactos sobre resultados e direcionamentos comerciais;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho comercial e de mercado, propondo ações para melhoria dos resultados;Desenvolver estudos de inteligência de mercado, contribuindo para o planejamento e posicionamento da empresa;Apoiar a definição de estratégias de comercialização, considerando cenários de mercado, margens, riscos e oportunidades;Identificar novos mercados, oportunidades de crescimento e possibilidades de diversificação do portfólio;Liderar e desenvolver a equipe comercial, promovendo uma atuação orientada por dados, mercado e resultados;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de produção, planejamento, finanças, logística e operações, conectando estratégia comercial e realidade operacional;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Agronegócio ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em gestão comercial estratégica, preferencialmente no agronegócio e/ou mercado de commodities;Conhecimento do mercado de açúcar, etanol e grãos;Experiência com Trade, Inteligência de Mercado e análise de dados;Experiência na construção de cenários, projeções e análises para tomada de decisão;Domínio de indicadores comerciais e ferramentas de Business Intelligence;Conhecimento avançado em Excel e Power BI;Experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes;Perfil estratégico, analítico e orientado a resultados;Disponibilidade para viagens.Informações adicionaisAtuação presencial no estado do Pará;Disponibilidade para residir no Pará;Disponibilidade para viagens, conforme necessidade da posição;Atuação estratégica e próxima às operações e áreas do negócio;Benefícios compatíveis com a posição, além de oportunidades de desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional.
