Esse profissional será responsável por planejar, coordenar e supervisionar todas as atividades de vendas e expansão de mercado de uma empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições- Supervisionar e orientar a equipe de vendas em campo ou internamente.- A capacidade de comunicar eficazmente, tanto oralmente quanto por escrito, é essencial para a interação com clientes e equipes.- Gestão de Contratos e Prazos: Garantir o cumprimento de acordos comerciais.- Estabelecer metas individuais e coletivas.- Promover ações de motivação, integração e desenvolvimento.- Controle e acompanhamento dos vencimentos, renovação de tabelas de fretes e contratos de armazenagem e operações comerciais bem como o envio dos mesmos aos clientes.- Participar do planejamento comercial junto à gerência.- Identificar segmentos de mercado e oportunidades de crescimento.- Desenvolver planos de ação comerciais e estratégias de abordagem.- Elaborar planos de ação para correção de desvios nas metas.- Monitorar KPIs comerciais: faturamento, conversão, ticket médio, etc.- Analisar dados para propor melhorias e ajustes táticos.- Conduzir o processo até o fechamento, garantindo transparecia, integridade de termos e viabilidade para ambas as partes.-Monitorar concorrência, tendências de mercado e comportamento do consumidor e monitora as estrategias da concorrências e suas tarifas da tabela de frete.- Previsão de Vendas e Metas: Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho para atingir os objetivos estabelecidos pela empresa-Benchmarking e Precificação: Analisar preços e posicionamento da empresa no mercado em relação aos concorrentes para garantir competitividade.- Resolver conflitos e garantir alto nível de satisfação do cliente.- Monitorar a qualidade do atendimento prestado pela equipe.- Apoiar no alinhamento com outras áreas (financeiro, marketing, logística).- Identificar necessidades de desenvolvimento da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência na área comercial;Vivência com vendas consultivas e negociação com clientes;Habilidade de comunicação clara, persuasiva e orientada a resultados;Capacidade de contornar objeções e conduzir negociações até o fechamento;Organização, proatividade e foco em metas;Conhecimento básico em pacote Office;Experiência no segmento de transporte, logística ou serviços será um diferencial;Superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
