Responsabilidades e atribuições Quais serão seus desafios?Recrutamento e Seleção de profissionais de vendas;  Formação, desenvolvimento e gestão da equipe comercial; Acompanhamento dos indicadores de performance da equipe; Estabelecimento de estratégias para direcionamento da equipe;Prospecção de novos negócios e relacionamento com os parceiros;  Elaboração de ações comerciais e de incentivos à força de vendas; Apoio aos profissionais de vendas na gestão e manutenção da carteira de clientes.
