Planejar e gerenciar a execução dos planos de vendas da clínica, visando a assegurar o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas, em termos de 'mix' de produtos, participação de mercado e lucratividade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeguir as instruções de trabalho determinadas em manual de procedimento padrão da empresa;Manter seu local de trabalho sempre limpo e organizado.Prospectar novos clientes através da promoção de palestras, parcerias com empresas e escolas entre outras ações para divulgar os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela clínica, de acordo com manual e normas da empresa;Participar do processo de elaboração do plano anual de vendas, definindo e acompanhando as metas, estratégias, táticas e ações específicas para o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos;Organizar e supervisionar a distribuição da metas de vendas da área comercial, prestando apoio gerencial à equipe para o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos;Analisar o volume de faturamento e propor alternativas para o cumprimento do programa mensal de vendas;Manter e atualizar material técnico de apoio aos promotores de vendas;Estabelecer as prioridades da programação de vendas em função da capacidade produtivas e objetivas de vendas da empresa;Supervisionar as atividades relacionadas à assistência comercial da empresa;Promover a constante melhoria e excelência no atendimento aos clientes, através de reuniões com todos os envolvidos na área comercial;Identificar meios de publicidade e promoções, visando manter o nome da empresa sempre em evidência. - Campanhas promocionais: Lição do Sorriso, Sorriso na empresa e realizar a gestão de campanhas comerciais; Participar de treinamentos técnicos e/ou comportamentais promovidos pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em administração e/ou áreas afins;Informática intermediária;Atendimento e negociação a cliente;Orçamento;Gestão de pessoas;Técnicas de vendas;Conhecimentos básicos de produtos e procedimentos odontológicos na área de Implantodontia e orto.CompetênciasComunicação: Habilidades paraComunicação; Redação e gramática; Fluência verbal; Boa dicção;Sociais: Relacionamento interpessoal; Trabalho em equipe; Gerenciamento de conflitos;Comportamentais: Proatividade;Empatia; Persuasão; Simpatia; Ética; Comprometimento; Assertividade; Discrição; Dinamismo; Responsabilidade;Organizacionais: Gerenciamento de tempo; Planejamento e organização; Liderança; Atuação estratégica; Saber trabalhar sob pressão.
