Buscamos um(a) Gerente Comercial Nacional para liderar a estratégia comercial da empresa em todo o território nacional, garantindo o crescimento sustentável das vendas, a expansão de mercado e o fortalecimento do relacionamento com clientes e parceiros.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e implementar a estratégia comercial da rede, alinhada aos objetivos da empresa;Elaborar planos de ação detalhados para o crescimento da rede, incluindo metas de captação, expansão e abertura de novas unidades;Gerenciar e liderar a equipe comercial;Oferecer orientação, treinamento e suporte para garantir o bom desempenho e a motivação da equipe;Monitorar e analisar os resultados de captações e satisfação do cliente;Avaliar o desempenho de cada unidade franqueada e da rede como um todo, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ações corretivas;Atuar como um elo entre os franqueados e a franqueadora;Mapear os processos e oferecer suporte, orientação e feedback para melhorias;Garantir a padronização da marca e a consistência da comunicação em todas as unidades;Conduzir o processo de seleção e avaliação de novos franqueados, garantindo a entrada de parceiros qualificados e alinhados com os valores da marca.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Sólida experiência na área comercial;Experiência com gestão de equipe e indicadores de desempenho;Afinidade com Inteligência Artificial;Habilidade com pacote office nível avançado;Possuir transporte próprio e CNH atualizada;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em horário comercial.Informações adicionaisRemuneração: R$ 10.000,00;Vínculo: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ).
