A HEF Group, multinacional francesa referência mundial em engenharia de superfícies, tribologia e tratamentos avançados para aumento de desempenho, durabilidade e resistência de componentes industriais, busca um(a) Gerente Comercial Sênior para liderar a estratégia comercial de suas operações no Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Liderar e desenvolver a equipe comercial, especialistas técnicos e áreas de suporte;- Estruturar e executar o planejamento estratégico de vendas;- Expandir a presença da empresa em mercados industriais estratégicos;- Desenvolver relacionamentos com clientes-chave e conduzir negociações de alto nível;- Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e tendências de mercado;- Gerenciar indicadores, CRM, pipeline e resultados comerciais;- Atuar de forma integrada com marketing, operações e atendimento ao cliente;Requisitos e qualificações- Experiência em liderança comercial B2B no segmento industrial.- Experiência  com tecnologias de revestimento superficial, especialmente PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).- Conhecimento do mercado de tratamentos térmicos, revestimentos industriais, tribologia, engenharia de superfícies ou segmentos correlatos.- Vivência no atendimento a setores como automotivo, metalmecânico, óleo & gás, mineração, siderurgia ou manufatura industrial.- Experiência com gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento de negócios.- Inglês avançado ou fluente.
