Aqui, acreditamos que o crescimento do nosso negócio significa o crescimento da Nossa Gente.Venha construir um futuro incrível conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e supervisionar as atividades da área contábil, garantindo qualidade, precisão e cumprimento dos prazos;

Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe contábil, distribuindo demandas e acompanhando resultados;

Coordenar e acompanhar o fechamento contábil mensal e anual;

Revisar e garantir a correta execução dos lançamentos, conciliações e classificações contábeis;

Analisar balancetes, balanço patrimonial, DRE e demais demonstrações contábeis;

Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias e prazos contábeis e fiscais, em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis;

Orientar tecnicamente a equipe e apoiar na resolução de dúvidas e situações contábeis complexas;

Acompanhar mudanças na legislação contábil e tributária, avaliando seus impactos nos processos da empresa;

Garantir a aplicação das normas e princípios contábeis e dos procedimentos internos;

Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área, identificando oportunidades de melhoria;

Revisar processos e implementar melhorias visando maior eficiência, organização e qualidade das entregas;

Atuar no relacionamento com gestores, auditorias, órgãos fiscalizadores e demais parceiros, quando necessário;

Acompanhar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo documentos e informações necessárias;

Elaborar relatórios e análises contábeis gerenciais para apoio à tomada de decisão;

Identificar riscos e inconsistências nos processos contábeis, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;

Participar do planejamento estratégico da área, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e resultados do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis;

CRC ativo;

Pós-graduação ou MBA em Contabilidade, Controladoria, Auditoria, Finanças ou Gestão, será considerado um diferencial; Experiência sólida na área contábil, preferencialmente em posição de liderança ou gestão;

Experiência com gestão de equipe e acompanhamento de desempenho;

Domínio de fechamento contábil, conciliações e análise de contas;

Conhecimento em balanço patrimonial, DRE, balancetes e demais demonstrações contábeis;

Conhecimento das normas contábeis e legislação vigente;

Experiência com obrigações acessórias e rotinas contábeis;

Vivência com auditorias internas e externas será considerada um diferencial;

Conhecimento em sistemas contábeis/ERP e Excel;

Capacidade de análise e interpretação de informações contábeis e financeiras;

Perfil analítico, organizado, estratégico e orientado a resultados;

Boa comunicação e habilidade para liderança, gestão de conflitos e tomada de decisões;
