Buscamos um Gerente Contábil para gerenciar a equipe e as atividades da área Contábil e de Gestão de Ativos, implementando estratégias relacionadas aos demonstrativos financeiros, custos e processos contábeis, bem como criar e revisar políticas e procedimentos do setor, visando atender às normas e legislações vigentes, mitigar riscos e otimizar os resultados do negócio. Será responsável tecnicamente pela elaboração e acompanhamento dos balancetes mensais, contábeis e gerenciais, assegurando a adequada apresentação da situação econômico-financeira da empresa. Também deverá orientar a equipe no atendimento às auditorias internas e externas, acompanhando o fornecimento das informações pela Contabilidade, realizando os devidos esclarecimentos e elaborando planos de ação para correção de eventuais não conformidades identificadas. Gerenciará as atividades relacionadas ao controle do ativo imobilizado, incluindo criação, baixa, transferência e inventário, assegurando a correta aplicação das normas nacionais e internacionais de contabilidade e a adequada alocação dos bens entre o físico e o SIG (Sistema Integrado de Gestão). Realizará visitas in loco às unidades de produção, mantendo o setor Contábil e o controle patrimonial próximos às operações, com o objetivo de identificar gaps nos procedimentos e controles contábeis, de custos e orçamento, contribuindo para o alinhamento técnico da equipe e para a implementação de planos de ação que promovam o atendimento à legislação, a otimização dos resultados e a fluidez dos processos. Por fim, será responsável por implementar ações gerenciais a partir das análises dos resultados apresentados ao final do exercício, contribuindo para a realização do fechamento do balanço consolidado da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos você deve ter: Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis com CRC ativo; Pós-graduação em Contabilidade, Auditoria, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência consolidada em Contabilidade e posições de gestão; Domínio das normas e padrões internacionais de Contabilidade;
