Com mais de 40 anos de atuação no mercado, nos tornamos especialistas em armazenamento e distribuição de produtos secos, refrigerados e congelados.Então se você acredita que é um profissional fora da curva e disposto a fazer a diferença em nossa estruturação e crescimento nacional, junte-se a nós!Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Gerenciar o time de atendimento e key accounts, garantindo a execução de todas as atividades da área;·        Elaborar as apresentações de fechamentos dos clientes de sua responsabilidade;·        Acompanhar as tratativas das ocorrências até as resoluções totais, além de constante busca de redução dos impactos financeiros para companhia;·        Interagir com clientes com objetivo de solucionar problemas, levantar demandas e melhorias nos processos atuais;·        Criar ambiente de interação entre a Companhia e seus clientes com uma forte aproximação aos formadores de opinião;·        Garantir os processos internos ligados ao atendimento ao cliente, como reposições de produtos, ressarcimentos de faltas, alterações de grades de entrega;·        Garantir a execução das campanhas e de distribuição automática dos clientes;·        Garantir os processos de inauguração de lojas;·        Realizar a validação dos indicadores de desempenho de clientes, gerir indicadores de atendimento aos clientes;·        Gerenciar cronogramas de implantação de novas operações, interagindo com áreas internas e externas (clientes);·        Gerir todas as rotinas das Supervisoras de Atendimento e de SAC, como acompanhamento de rotas e comunicação sobre quaisquer problemas nas entregas, resolução das ocorrências, melhorias nos processos de atendimentos, no portal de compras e entre as áreas internas.·        Realizar a gestão de toda equipe de atendimento e que todos tenham foco na qualidade de serviço prestado ao cliente, além de uma padronização de comunicação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência anterior em gerência de atendimento ao cliente de no mínimo 5 anos;Graduação Completa e inglês fluente;  Domínio nas ferramentas Excel, Word, PPT e experiência com Power BI.Desejável:Experiência na Área de Logística 4PLs, com habilidades em negociação com os clientes internos e externos;Já tenha trabalhado com sistemas de metas e entrega de resultados, foco em KPIs e melhoria constante;Experiência em gestão de processos e pessoas, boa resiliência na solução de problema;Foco em redução de custos e geração de valor para o negócio, controle orçamentário e nível de serviço;Conhecimento em ferramentas de interação com os clientes - CRM - PROFUNDO;CONHECIMENTO EM OPERAÇÕES E PERFIL DE DONO.Informações adicionaisVaga Presencial
