Sua missão será diagnosticar as necessidades transacionais de clientes e prospects Pessoa Jurídica (como contas a pagar, contas a receber e produtos de tesouraria), desenhando propostas de valor que aumentem a eficiência operacional dos parceiros e gerem receita recorrente para o banco.

Vem com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVendas e Consultoria de Negócios (Cash Management): Atuar de forma consultiva na comercialização de produtos transacionais (Pagamentos, Arrecadação, Cobrança, PIX e Investimentos de curto prazo).Atuação como Advisor: Realizar visitas presenciais e remotas para analisar profundamente o fluxo de caixa dos clientes PJ, identificando dores operacionais e desenhando soluções eficientes.Parceria e Cross-Sell Estratégico: Atuar em dupla com os Gerentes de Relacionamento (Comercial / Corporate Officers) para mapear oportunidades na base existente e em prospects, posicionando os produtos de Cash como porta de entrada de novos relacionamentos.Precificação (Pricing) e Propostas: Analisar o volume transacional de clientes, desenhar propostas competitivas e estruturar o pricing das operações para garantir margem de contribuição saudável e aumento de share of wallet.Interface de Implantação: Controlar o pipeline de novas vendas e acompanhar o onboarding dos clientes junto aos times de TI e Suporte Técnico, garantindo a homologação de arquivos e interfaces (como CNAB e API) e o ramp-up correto do faturamento transacional.Gestão de Receita Recorrente: Monitorar mensalmente a carteira ativa para garantir a arrecadação de tarifas contratadas e o volume de float, agindo preventivamente em caso de quedas de receita e/ou volumetria.Sinergia com Desenvolvimento: Coletar feedbacks do mercado e dos clientes para sugerir melhorias operacionais de sistema (APIs/Internet Banking, Integração com ERPs) e novas funcionalidades junto às equipes de desenvolvimento de produtos

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Ensino Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharia, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.Certificações: Certificação ANBIMA ativa CPA-10 ou CPA-20 (desejável, em virtude das soluções de investimentos de curto prazo associadas).Conhecimento Técnico em Produtos: Conhecimento sólido no ecossistema de meios de pagamento e recebimento de Pessoa Jurídica (Boletos, PIX, QR Code, APIs, padrões CNAB 240/400 e fluxo de caixa empresarial).Ferramentas: Domínio do Pacote Office (Excel intermediário/avançado para simulação de cenários financeiros e PowerPoint para apresentações comerciais estruturadas) e ferramentas de IA.Experiência: Experiência comercial prévia em plataformas de atendimento PJ em bancos comerciais, assessoria de negócios ou áreas de produtos e operações de Cash Management.Soft Skills essenciais: Perfil comercial "hunter", facilidade para transitar entre equipes multidisciplinares (Tecnologia, Produtos, Backoffice e Comercial), visão analítica apurada e alta capacidade de organização para gerir múltiplos pipelines de implantação.
