Responsabilidades e atribuições Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Change Management Sênior para atuar na liderança de programas estratégicos de gestão de mudanças organizacionais, conduzindo projetos de alta complexidade e grande impacto. Buscamos alguém com sólida experiência em Gestão de Projetos, especialmente em contextos de fusões e aquisições (M&A), atuação multifuncional e ambientes corporativos complexos.

Como será seu dia a dia:Estruturar e Liderar programas de gestão de mudanças organizacionais com maior ênfase em comunicação.Criação e acompanhamento do cronograma e roadmap de entregas.Organização de documentação e artefatos do projeto.Administrar conflitos e resolver desafios de projetos multi departamentais.Elaborar apresentação executiva.Gestão ativa de partes interessadas (multi áreas, executivas e operacionais).Liderança servidora, mentoria e coaching.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Gestão de ProjetosSólida experiencia em atuação na execução e acompanhamento de projeto estratégicos;Experiência em projetos de fusões e aquisições envolvendo a gestão de mudanças organizacionaisExperiência de atuação em equipes multifuncionais inter áreas.Atuação prévia em escritórios de projetos corporativos.Gerenciar expectativas e prontidão das diversas áreas do cliente.Foco em resultados e entregas de qualidade de forma organizada.Inglês avançado.

Informações adicionaisRequisitos Desejáveis:Formação em Engenharia, Administração, TI ou áreas correlatas.Certificação PMI-PMP.Certificação HUCMI/HCMBOK, PROSCI/ ADKAR ou similares.Certificação PMI-ACP e/ ou PMI-DADSM e/ou Scrum Master e/ou SAFe.
