Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Cobrança para liderar a operação de recuperação de crédito de uma rede de educação, com foco em redução da inadimplência, eficiência da cobrança e preservação do relacionamento com alunos e responsáveis financeiros.A posição será responsável pela gestão do time, assessorias terceirizadas, estratégias de negociação e indicadores da operação, além da evolução de soluções de automação e IA conversacional aplicadas à cobrança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar equipe de cobrança, acompanhando metas, produtividade, qualidade e desenvolvimento do time;Gerenciar assessorias externas, acompanhando resultados, metas e qualidade das negociações;Estruturar estratégias de cobrança considerando perfil do aluno, faixa de atraso e etapa do relacionamento;Acompanhar indicadores de recuperação, inadimplência, acordos, promessas de pagamento e custo de cobrança;Definir políticas de negociação e identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos, canais e ferramentas;Liderar a implantação e evolução de IA conversacional aplicada à cobrança;Atuar em parceria com áreas Financeira, Acadêmica, Atendimento, Tecnologia e Jurídico;Apresentar resultados, análises e planos de ação para a liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Financeira, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em gestão de cobrança e recuperação de crédito;Experiência na liderança de equipes e gestão de assessorias terceirizadas;Vivência com indicadores, metas e estratégias de recuperação;Experiência com ferramentas de cobrança, CRM, automação e canais digitais;Experiência ou conhecimento em IA conversacional aplicada à negociação e atendimento;Perfil analítico, com capacidade de transformar indicadores em estratégias e ações;Boa comunicação, negociação e foco em resultados.
