Empresa multinacional do segmento de hospitalidade e serviços premium, com atuação em diferentes mercados e foco na excelência da experiência do cliente, está em busca de um(a) Gerente de Compras que será responsável pela gestão estratégica e operacional dos processos de aquisição de produtos e serviços necessários para o funcionamento do restaurante.Este profissional desempenha um papel essencial no controle de qualidade, otimização de custos e suporte às operações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:Identificar e avaliar fornecedores confiáveis, negociando preços, prazos e condições de pagamento favoráveis;Assegurar a aquisição de produtos frescos, de alta qualidade e dentro dos padrões sanitários exigidos;Gerir o estoque de maneira estratégica, minimizando desperdícios e evitando rupturas no fornecimento;Monitorar as tendências de mercado para otimizar custos e identificar novas oportunidades de fornecimento;Desenvolver parcerias estratégicas com fornecedores e buscar alternativas para aumentar a competitividade do restaurante;Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar métricas de performance para avaliação contínua do setor de compras;Coordenar a equipe responsável pela área de compras.Negociar com fornecedores para adquirir produtos de qualidade, como alimentos, materiais de limpeza, equipamentos e outros itens essenciais para o funcionamento do hotel;Desenvolver parcerias estratégicas com fornecedores e buscar alternativas para aumentar a eficiência operacional;Monitorar o estoque de insumos e assegurar que as compras atendam às necessidades dos diversos departamentos hotel (restaurante, limpeza, manutenção, etc.);Controlar o orçamento da área de compras, buscando a redução de custos sem comprometer a qualidade dos serviços;Realizar pesquisas de mercado para acompanhar tendências e identificar novas oportunidades de fornecimento;Elaborar relatórios de desempenho e métricas de compras para avaliação contínua;Supervisionar a equipe de compras , promovendo treinamento e desenvolvimento constante.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Experiência na área de compras, preferencialmente no setor hoteleiro, restaurantes ou hospitalidade.Habilidades de negociação e gestão de custos;Conhecimento em normas sanitárias e regulamentos do setor;Excelência em organização e capacidade de lidar com demandas simultâneas;Visão estratégica e foco em resultados.Inglês AvançadoInformações adicionaisVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoConvênio OdontológicoConvênio MédicoEstacionamentoTotalpassDayOff (Dia do aniversário) conforme politica da empresa.
