Sua atuação será essencial para fortalecer a operação, impulsionar resultados e contribuir para a satisfação dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir a evolução do negócio com rentabilidade; Gerir a performance dos clientes através dos principais indicadores: sell out, sell in, estoque, DOH, giro/loja, positivação, estoque virtual, share, preço, mix de produto; Execução: Proximidade ao time de campo para garantir a excelência de execução dos nossos produtos, atuando de forma assertiva em cenários de estoque virtual e ruptura; Realizar rotas regulares no mercado, visando acompanhar a execução em loja, iniciativas de trade além do mapeamento de oportunidades; Alinhar mensalmente com o time de campo (sell out) as ações e estratégia comercial que devem ser executadas e acompanhadas; Elaborar junto aos times internos e clientes calendário promocional do canal para alavancar performance de sell out; Garantir introdução e acompanhamento de performance dos lançamentos dentro dos ciclos de inovação; Manter a interface com times internos para garantir excelência de atendimento ao cliente: trade, equipe sell out, customer service, logística e finanças. Planejar e acompanhar os investimentos dos clientes, além da avaliação da efetividade das ativações (ROI); Realizar a gestão de verbas (comerciais e trade); Ser responsável pelo processo de construção e desenvolvimento do plano de JBP junto aos clientes, com acompanhamentos recorrentes. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração, Farmácia, Marketing ou áreas afins;Conhecimentos dos KPIs comerciais (sell out, sell in, DOH, positivação distribuição numérica, distribuição ponderada, indicadores financeiros, P&L, share etc.); Experiência comercial com distribuidores.Será Diferencial:Conhecimento do canal farma e perfumaria.Informações adicionaisBenefícios?
