Dividimos nossa atuação em quatro macro linhas de produtos para os mercados de avicultura, suinocultura, bovinocultura, aquacultura e pet.Profissional responsável por gerir a carteira de contas de alta complexidade e clientes  que são caracterizados como valiosos e de maior impacto para o negócio da MCassab.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time de Nutrição e Saúde Animal - Aves, você irá:Desenvolvimento e prospecção de negócios baseados nas características específicas de sua regional, com implementação de atendimento, serviços e vendas customizadas aos clientesGarantir a execução da visitação comercial/técnica de forma eficaz e eficiente para assegurar a presença do portifólio MCassab no campo, suportando as estratégias de marcas e iniciativas do negócio e contribuindo ativamente com o atingimento das vendas e despesasExecutar os ciclos e campanhas estratégicas junto aos times de marketing e com Gerente da unidade de negócio de forma a capturar novas oportunidades dentro do seu territórioCumprir os KPIs referentes a visitação, positivação e Sell inConstruir relações profissionais com formadores de opinião e associações dentro da sua regional, bem como influenciadores horizontais que sejam estratégicos para o negócioLiderar projetos dedicados a otimizar relacionamento com nutricionistas, veterinários, técnicos, compradores e decisores a fim de aumentar engajamento com nossas marcas e serviçosRequisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa:Ensino superior completo em Medicina Veterinária, Zootecnia ou AgronomiaPelo menos 5 anos de experiência com vendas/assistência técnica e gestão de contasBons conhecimentos do pacote officeCNH BDisponibilidade para viagens frequentesResidir na região Sul, preferencialmente - PanaráVai ser um diferencial se você tiver:•Especialização em nutrição ou saúde animalInformações adicionaisSalário fixo;Remuneração variável;Assistência médica e odontológica;Vale alimentação;Benefício flexível;Seguro de vida;Total Pass;Convênio com farmácia;Ferramentas de Trabalho: celular, notebook e carro.
