Quem estamos buscando 🎯 Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Contas Estratégicas com experiência na gestão de grandes clientes, capaz de assumir uma carteira relevante e conduzir negociações complexas com autonomia e visão de negócio. Essa pessoa terá contato próximo com grandes redes e empresas, conectando as necessidades dos clientes às diferentes áreas da Marvi. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar uma carteira de grandes contas estratégicas, fortalecendo relacionamentos de longo prazo.Conduzir negociações comerciais, reajustes, repasses de preços e contratos.Identificar oportunidades de expansão e novos negócios dentro da carteira.Interpretar briefings de clientes e apoiar o desenvolvimento de projetos e produtos personalizados.Articular demandas com as áreas técnica, industrial, financeira, jurídica e operacional.Realizar visitas frequentes aos clientes, acompanhando demandas e situações críticas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Ensino Superior completo.

Experiência em gestão comercial de grandes contas e desenvolvimento de negócios.

Experiência em relacionamento e negociação com grandes empresas, redes ou grupos de franquias.

Vivência na condução de negociações complexas envolvendo preços, contratos e projetos personalizados.

Conhecimentos de formação de preços, custos, margens e viabilidade comercial.

CNH válida e disponibilidade para viagens.

Diferenciais ✨

Experiência nos segmentos de ingredientes, alimentos, aromas ou produtos personalizados.

Vivência comercial com grandes redes de alimentação e franquias.

Inglês e/ou espanhol para interação com profissionais e decisores internacionais.

MBA em Gestão Empresarial, Gestão Comercial ou Marketing.

Informações adicionaisA contratação será em regime CLT, com atuação remota e forte presença em campo, seguindo uma agenda frequente de visitas aos clientes. A empresa tem preferência por profissionais baseados em São Paulo e região, pela proximidade com a carteira, mas poderá considerar profissionais de outras localidades de acordo com o perfil.
