Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Contas para integrar nosso time!Responsável por desenvolver novos negócios e projetos alinhados ao plano de vendas, prospectando clientes, gerindo contas e garantindo o atingimento das metas comerciais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver novos negócios e projetos em linha com plano de vendas visando alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos;Visitar e prospectar clientes;Reportar visita em clientes via CRM;Atualizar Forecast e Demand Plan regularmente;Participar de times globais representando o território no gerenciamento de contas estratégicas;Solicitar Amostras;Trazer informações de mercado;Mapear concorrentes;Internalizar as necessidades dos clientes, garantindo uma clara comunicação e retorno ao cliente;Participar em feiras, eventos do setor;Trabalhar em conjunto com R&D e Marketing no desenvolvimento de projetos/campanhas para clientes.Captar e desenvolver projetos em colaboração com clientes ( CWRs) com foco em vendas NPP. Traduzir internamente a dinâmica do mercado, drivers e riscos, bem como o forecast para o desenvolvimento do budget;Enviar cotações e atualizar preços dos clientes;Preparar relatórios trimestrais com informações de vendas dos mercados em que atua;Responsável pelo processo de vendas diretas, visando atingir e/ou exceder metas de vendas de médias complexidades;Colaborar para a manutenção dos programas de qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional, seguindo normas e procedimentos, identificando potenciais melhorias e atuando no sentido de implementá-las;Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de gestão integrado (SGI);Zelar pela ordem, guarda e conservação dos materiais, equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade e do local de trabalho, bem como manter a organização de toda a documentação referente ao processo do trabalho;Realizar outras atividades correlatas a critério do seu superior imediato e/ou em relação aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho e/ou em relação aos procedimentos do sistema da qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo(mandatório).Conhecimento profundo no mercado de fragrâncias(mandatório);Informações adicionaisPrograma de Participação nos Resultados;Plano de Saúde com co-participação de 20%.
