Vem pra Auxi!💚🧡Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Gerente de Contas da Neon possui o papel de auxiliar na administração de uma carteira de condomínios, ou seja, atua em conjunto com o síndico na administração de um empreendimento. Nessa oportunidade, você deverá garantir a satisfação e retenção dos clientes oferecendo um serviço e atendimento de qualidade a síndicos e condôminos.Você também será responsável por:realizar a administração da carteira de clientes, através do relacionamento virtual e presencial, atendendo solicitações e dúvidas;preparar e participar de assembleias nos condomínios da sua carteira, realizando a convocação, pauta, agendamento e prestação de contas e, posteriormente, elaborando as atas das assembleias;elaborar a previsão orçamentária dos condomínios;lançar as diferentes cobranças nos boletos de condomínio e realizar a sua liberação para os clientes;orientar síndicos e condôminos sobre as obrigações legais do condomínio e seus prazos;realizar o cadastro das contas dos condomínios para pagamento, através de sistema interno;controlar o saldo devedor da sua carteira, propondo ações junto ao síndico;relacionar-se com as áreas internas responsáveis pela operação administrativa como Departamento Pessoal, Contas a Pagar, Administrativo, Cobrança, Jurídico e TI, assim garantindo o retorno das solicitações ao cliente;oferecer produtos e serviços com o selo de aprovação da Auxi aos síndicos.⚠️ Importante!Esta oportunidade oferece salário fixo e variável por participação em assembleias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVocê precisa ter:Ensino superior em andamento ou comprovada experiência na função;Experiência no relacionamento com o cliente.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Experiência na área de condomínios.Informações adicionais Na Auxi, acreditamos que você dá o seu melhor quando está bem em todas as áreas da vida.
