Você quer fazer parte de um grande time em uma empresa que não para de crescer?Se você está dentro dos requisitos abaixo, venha participar do nosso processo seletivo para Gerente de CRM, vamos adorar te conhecer!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e implementar a estratégia de CRM, garantindo uma visão integrada do cliente e uma jornada omnicanal personalizada.Liderar os núcleos de life cycle, Loyalty, customer insights e growth.Definir e executar estratégias de ativação, retenção, fidelização e prevenção de churn, visando o crescimento sustentável da base de clientes.Identificar oportunidades para aumento de frequência de compra, incremento de cesta e ampliação do ciclo de vida do cliente.Liderar a gestão das réguas de relacionamento, campanhas segmentadas e ações de engajamento, acompanhando resultados e promovendo otimizações contínuas.Garantir a governança, qualidade, enriquecimento e atualização dos dados de clientes, impulsionando iniciativas de Data Quality e novas fontes de informação.Desenvolver estudos, análises e segmentações avançadas para geração de insights de negócio, personalização da comunicação e suporte à tomada de decisão.Definir, monitorar e evoluir indicadores de CRM, fidelização, comportamento do cliente e performance das campanhas, por meio de KPIs e dashboards executivos.Fomentar a utilização de modelos estatísticos, preditivos e de inteligência artificial aplicados à gestão de clientes e às demais áreas da organização.Pautar a empresa sobre prioridade de atuação baseada em insights sobre comportamento do cliente.Liderar equipes diretas e multidisciplinares, garantindo a execução de projetos estratégicos e a comunicação de resultados para a diretoria executiva.Disseminar a cultura data-driven na organização, fortalecendo a mentalidade analítica e a tomada de decisão baseada em dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência consolidada em CRM, Marketing de Relacionamento, Loyalty e Customer insights;Experiência na liderança de equipes e gestão de projetos multidisciplinares;Vivência na construção de jornadas de clientes, segmentação, personalização e estratégias de retenção;Forte conhecimento em indicadores de CRM, comportamento do consumidor e gestão de base de clientes;Conhecimento em Analytics, Data Science, modelagem preditiva e ferramentas de CRM;Disponibilidade em atuar em modelo híbrido.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR);Descontos exclusivos na Farmácia Panvel;Associação de Funcionários com diversas parcerias;Plano Odontológico;Plano de Saúde Unimed;Apoio à Saúde Mental;Wellhub (Gympass);Refeitório no local (café da manhã e almoço);Estacionamento disponível na matriz;Open English;Day Off (folga no aniversário);Auxílio-creche;Licença Parental Estendida.Horário de trabalho:Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h00 às 17h48.
