Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para liderar a nova Gerência de Dados, Inteligência e Automação, uma área estratégica para impulsionar a eficiência operacional, a transformação digital e a tomada de decisão baseada em dados em toda a Cooperativa. A posição terá como principal desafio conectar dados, processos e tecnologia, promovendo a geração de inteligência para o negócio, a melhoria contínua dos processos corporativos e a ampliação das soluções de automação. O(a) profissional responderá diretamente à Diretoria de Operações, e atuará de forma transversal junto às diretorias e áreas da Cooperativa, contribuindo para a construção de uma cultura orientada por dados, inovação e excelência operacional.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar as áreas de Dados, Business Intelligence, Processos e Automação;Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de dados da Cooperativa;Garantir a governança, qualidade, segurança e integridade das informações;Evoluir dashboards, indicadores e soluções analíticas para suporte à tomada de decisão;Transformar dados em inteligência de negócios, identificando oportunidades e apoiando a geração de resultados;Liderar iniciativas de automação de processos, workflows, integrações sistêmicas e RPAs;Promover o redesenho e a melhoria contínua dos processos corporativos;Fomentar a utilização de analytics, inteligência artificial e novas tecnologias aplicadas ao negócio;Atuar em parceria com as áreas da Cooperativa para aumentar produtividade, eficiência e qualidade operacional;Desenvolver e engajar equipes de alta performance. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de equipes;Vivência com Business Intelligence, Analytics, Dados, Processos ou Automação;Conhecimento em governança de dados e segurança da informação;Conhecimento em Power BI, SQL ou ferramentas correlatas;Conhecimento em modelagem e melhoria de processos;Conhecimento em automação de processos, workflows, integrações e RPAs;Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado diferencial. #LI-LD1
