Reunimos em nosso portfólio dezenas de shoppings centers, greenfields, expansões e outros conceitos como centros gastronômicos, liderados por um time de excelência que reúne conhecimento, energia e paixão pelo que faz, agindo como dono, de forma próxima e comprometida com o dia-a-dia do negócio.Buscamos a maximização dos resultados sustentáveis de longo prazo, por meio de uma gestão eficiente e profissional, processos estruturados e sensibilidade mercadológica.Vem com a gente FAZER PARTE DESSA HISTÓRIA!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSobre a oportunidade:Como Gerente de Desenvolvimento Comercial, na Soul Malls, você irá:Elaborar o planejamento estratégico da área de desenvolvimento comercial do shopping e o orçamento anual do empreendedor (NOI), consolidando as informações para posterior revisão pela diretoria da Soul Malls e empreendedor. Desenvolver e gerir o time de executivos de loja, mall & midia, em toda a jornada do funil comercial, com objetivo de fechar o máximo de novas locações, de forma eficiente, estratégica, e dentro das diretrizes comerciais definidas pela Companhia.Participar ativamente das negociações das novas locações do shopping, junto ao executivo e superintendente, desenvolvendo uma estratégia mais eficiente de abordagem, para gerar o maior número de negócios e buscando um shopping cada vez mais forte comercialmente. Gerir e realizar todas as renovações contratuais, como também a realização de todo o processo até a assinatura do contrato.Validar, mensalmente, a taxa de comercialização e administração do shopping e comissão dos executivos, com o objetivo de realizar os devidos pagamentos. Acompanhar efetivamente as negociações Key Account do Shopping.Prospectar novos franqueados para apoiar a realização dos negócios, desenvolvendo também o relacionamento com os franqueados mais relevantes da região.Ser o dono do Comitê Comercial interno do shopping, como também atuar como representante do empreendimento apresentando e defendendo as propostas comerciais no comitê nacional.Validar as propostas de loja e mall & mídia, realizando análise prévia e verificando pré-requisitos das mesmas, para informar ao cliente sobre os ajustes na proposta.Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a natureza da função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisito(s) Técnico(s) Obrigatório (s):Superior completo em Economia, Marketing, Administração, Marketing ou afins.Experiência mínima de 6 anos na função.Experiência em gestão de equipe.Experiência em negociações comerciais.Pacote Office.Requisito(s) Técnico(s) Desejável (is):Especialização na área de atuação.Experiência nos segmentos de varejo e shopping.Experiência em orçamento e planejamento estratégico.Requisito(s) Comportamental (is):Liderança.Capacidade de análise.Negociação.Foco em resultado.Solução de problemas.Senso de urgência.Informações adicionaisRegime de Contratação: Modalidade: Presencial;Horário e Escala: Segunda à sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h.Nossos benefícios:Além de trabalhar em uma empresa em constante crescimento, focada em impulsionar talentos, por aqui você também terá:🍝 Vale Refeição e/ou Alimentação;🚌 Vale Transporte;🏥Plano de Saúde e Odontológico;🥳 Day-off no seu aniversário para você curtir muito;💙 Seguro de Vida.Quer saber mais?
