Missão do Cargo:Será responsável por liderar a estratégia e a evolução da Engenharia de Plataforma, SRE e DevOps, garantindo a construção e operação de ambientes tecnológicos escaláveis, resilientes, seguros e eficientes em AWS. Atuar na modernização da infraestrutura, automação e adoção de plataformas self-service, contribuindo para maior confiabilidade dos serviços, agilidade nas entregas e geração contínua de valor para o negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:Liderar os times de Engenharia de Plataforma, SRE e DevOps, promovendo excelência técnica, desenvolvimento de talentos e evolução contínua das práticas de engenharia;Definir e executar estratégias de evolução e modernização das plataformas tecnológicas, garantindo soluções escaláveis, resilientes e seguras em ambiente AWS;Garantir a disponibilidade, confiabilidade e eficiência dos serviços de TI, atuando na antecipação de riscos e na evolução da resiliência dos ambientes;Impulsionar a adoção de plataformas self-service e do modelo de Plataforma como Produto, promovendo autonomia dos times de desenvolvimento e eficiência na entrega de soluções;Promover automação de processos, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD e observabilidade, buscando redução de lead-time e aumento da eficiência operacional;Liderar a adoção e evolução das práticas de SRE, DevOps, FinOps e governança de custos em nuvem, equilibrando performance, confiabilidade e eficiência financeira;Gerenciar orçamento, fornecedores e SLAs relacionados à operação e evolução das plataformas, garantindo qualidade e eficiência na utilização dos recursos;Atuar de forma integrada com as demais áreas de Tecnologia e Produtos, sendo agente de inovação e transformação tecnológica e contribuindo para a excelência na entrega de soluções.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.ExperiênciaExperiência sólida em liderança de times técnicos de Infraestrutura, Engenharia de Plataforma, SRE e/ou DevOps;Experiência comprovada em ambientes de infraestrutura baseados em AWS, incluindo serviços como EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM e VPC;Experiência com práticas modernas de engenharia, incluindo Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observabilidade e automação de ambientes;Experiência com arquitetura e operação de soluções resilientes, escaláveis e seguras;Experiência com gestão de orçamento, fornecedores e SLAs operacionais;Experiência com gestão de pessoas, desenvolvimento de talentos, gestão de conflitos e liderança de equipes técnicas;Experiência com modelo de Plataforma como Produto;Experiência com práticas de SRE, DevOps, FinOps e governança de custos em nuvem.Requisitos Desejáveis:Pós-graduação ou especialização em Tecnologia, Engenharia, Gestão ou áreas correlatas;Certificações AWS ou relacionadas à Engenharia de Plataforma, SRE, DevOps ou Cloud;Vivência em processos de modernização tecnológica e transformação de infraestrutura;Experiência na implementação e evolução de plataformas self-service;Vivência em ambientes de alta criticidade e disponibilidade;Conhecimento de boas práticas de governança e gestão financeira de ambientes em nuvem.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:🍽️ Vale Alimentação e Vale Refeição flexíveis pelo iFood Benefícios;🛒 Cesta Auxílio;🏥 Plano de Saúde – Unimed;🦷 Plano Odontológico – Qualimais Uniodonto;🏖️ Day Off de aniversário;🎁 Presente de aniversário creditado no cartão iFood Benefícios;🧸 Auxílio-Creche;🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub – convênio com academias;🏆 Participação de Lucros e Resultados.
