O profissional atuará na interface entre o desenvolvimento técnico (Hands-on, P&D, CAD/3D), suporte estratégico a Vendas/Pré-Vendas, gestão de pessoas e implementação de inovações tecnológicas (automação e Inteligência Artificial) para otimização de processos e produtos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão Técnica e ProjetosRevisão e Aprovação: Revisar e aprovar desenhos técnicos, diagramas e modelagens em SolidWorks e AutoCAD.Projetos de Data Center: Coordenar e validar projetos conceituais, básicos e executivos de infraestrutura para Data Centers (Racks, PDU, Cabeamento, Cooling, Containment, Confinamento de Corredores, Estruturas de Apoio, etc.).BOM (Bill of Materials): Elaborar, revisar e garantir a precisão das Listas de Materiais (BOM) para fabricação, compras e orçamentação.Vistoria e Campo: Realizar visitas e vistorias técnicas em clientes, sites e instalações para levantamento de requisitos, validação de projetos e acompanhamento de implantações.Interface Comercial & Pré-VendasSuporte a Pré-Vendas: Analisar escopos técnicos de RFPs/RFQs e desenvolver projetos/soluções sob medida para apoiar o time comercial.Atendimento ao Cliente: Participar de reuniões estratégicas com clientes de grande porte (Key Accounts), representando a autoridade técnica da empresa e alinhando expectativas de projetos.Inovação, P&D e TecnologiaNovos Produtos e Soluções: Liderar o processo de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento (P&D) para o desenho de novos produtos e soluções focadas na evolução do mercado de Data Centers.Automação e IA: Identificar e implementar tecnologias emergentes, ferramentas de automação e soluções de Inteligência Artificial para otimizar processos internos de engenharia, criação de listas de materiais e modelagem.

Gestão de Pessoas e LiderançaLiderar, treinar e desenvolver a equipe de engenheiros, projetistas e desenhistas.Definir e acompanhar KPIs de desempenho da área, carga de trabalho e prazos de entrega dos projetos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação AcadêmicaGraduação completa em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica ou Engenharia Civil.Desejável: Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Pessoas ou Data Center Infrastructure.IdiomasInglês: Fluente (imprescindível para reuniões estratégicas internacionais, leitura e elaboração de documentação técnica).Espanhol: Avançado a Fluente (necessário para atendimento a clientes e projetos na América Latina).Experiência e Conhecimentos TécnicosExperiência prévia comprovada em gestão de equipes de engenharia.Sólida experiência com infraestrutura física de Data Center.Domínio avançado das ferramentas de CAD e modelagem 3D: SolidWorks e AutoCAD.Experiência comprovada em elaboração e validação de Lista de Materiais (BOM).Vivência na interface técnica com clientes e suporte a Pré-vendas.Conhecimento prático na aplicação de Automação/IA aplicada a fluxos de engenharia e P&D.
