Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar Lojas Próprias – operações, compras, atendimento ao público, desenvolvimento de novos fornecedores, precificação, treinamento de equipe,Elaborar e analisar DRE, P&L, Vendas, lucratividade e resultados das unidadesPromover e planejar calendário de ações Realizar e  executar Business Plan do negócioElaborar o plajejamento  de expansão e novos negócios;Gerenciar todas as etapas do processo de abertura de novas lojas, desde a seleção do local até a inauguração, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e orçamentos estabelecidos. Realizar análises de viabilidade financeira e operacional para avaliar o potencial de cada novo negócio Construção de relatórios, atualização de relatórios e reports sobre a performance do negócioLiderar projetos de expansão e implantação dos negócios  da Catupiry, estruturando modelos operacionais alinhados à estratégia da marca Avaliar novos formatos de loja, considerando viabilidade operacional, infraestrutura, tecnologia, fornecedores e pessoas.Coordenar cronogramas e interfaces entre áreas internas, parceiros, fornecedores e operação.Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e estruturar modelos sustentáveis e replicáveis.

Implantação da Loja Conceito

Liderar a estruturação operacional da Loja Conceito, traduzindo o conceito do negócio em processos, fluxos, padrões e rotinas executáveis.

Atuar com interface com as  áreas de P&D, Marketing, Facilites, Compras, Supply Chain, Tecnologia, RH, Financeiro e Qualidade.

Definir estrutura de equipe, liderança, treinamentos e preparação da operação para abertura.

Coordenar testes,  e validações de produtos, processos, equipamentos e fluxos, garantindo prontidão para a operação.

Gestão Operacional

Responder pela performance dos negócios de varejo, acompanhando produtividade, qualidade, experiência do cliente e resultados financeiros.

Liderar as equipes e garantir a execução dos padrões, processos e políticas da operação.

Acompanhar indicadores, identificar desvios e implementar planos de ação.

Promover melhoria contínua, eficiência operacional, rentabilidade e sustentabilidade do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo: ADM, Marketing, Economia ou áreas AfinsExperiência em desenvolvimento, implantação de  expansão  e liderança de Operações de redes de lojas próprias e franquias no segmento de alimentos;Experiência com gestão e análise de mercado, incluindo pesquisa de localização e análise de concorrência;Experiência com estruturação de processos operacionais.Atuação no segmento de Bens e Consumo;Ter disponibildiade para atuar na região do Itaim Bibi.Habilidades em liderança de pessoas e projetos, visão estratégica e capacidade de execução, Comunicação e foco no Cliente, Resiliência e Senso de Dono. Capacidade de se adaptar rapidamente a mudanças no mercado e nas condições de negócios;Flexibilidade para ajustar estratégias conforme necessário, Inteligência emocional e com perfil analítico;
