Então, você se encaixa neste perfil?Responsabilidades e atribuições•        Gerenciar todas as operações da fábrica, garantindo o cumprimento de metas de produção, qualidade, custos e prazos;

•        Analisar reivindicações apresentadas por sindicatos e outras entidades representativas dos empregados e propor alternativas de solução;

•        Planejar estratégias de negociação coletiva de trabalho e buscar mecanismos de solução, face à ação do movimento sindical;

•        Liderar e desenvolver equipes multidisciplinares (produção, qualidade, manutenção, logística, entre outras);

•        Assegurar a eficiência dos processos produtivos, promovendo melhoria contínua e aumento de produtividade;

•        Garantir o cumprimento das normas de qualidade, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente;

•        Atuar no planejamento e controle da produção, assegurando o atendimento à demanda;

•        Implementar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) operacionais;

•        Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas estratégicas para otimização de processos e redução de custos;

•        Gerenciar orçamento da unidade fabril e identificar oportunidades de melhoria financeira;

•        Conduzir projetos de inovação, automação e melhoria de processos industriais;

•        Garantir conformidade com padrões e auditorias internas e externas.

Requisitos e qualificações•        Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas; •        Experiência sólida em gestão de operações industriais / ambiente fabril de grande porte; •        Vivência com gestão de equipes e liderança de times operacionais; •        Conhecimento avançado em processos produtivos, qualidade e melhoria contínua (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.); •        Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em Camaçari.
