Buscamos uma pessoa com visão ampla de finanças, forte capacidade analítica e perfil hands-on, que tenha facilidade para transitar entre dados, negócio e estratégia.Nesta posição, você será responsável por estruturar e conduzir os processos de planejamento financeiro, acompanhar resultados, construir cenários e modelos financeiros e transformar informações complexas em recomendações objetivas para a liderança.Principais responsabilidadesConduzir os processos de Budget e Forecast, estruturando premissas, projeções e cenários e acompanhando sua evolução ao longo do período.Realizar análises de Real x Orçado, identificando desvios, causas, riscos e oportunidades e apoiando as áreas na definição de ações.Desenvolver modelos financeiros, dashboards e análises gerenciais utilizando Excel e Power BI, transformando dados em informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão.Analisar receitas, custos, despesas, fluxo de caixa e principais drivers financeiros e operacionais do negócio.Elaborar estudos de viabilidade e planos de negócios, avaliando cenários e indicadores como ROI, TIR, VPL e Payback.Acompanhar Contas a Receber, com foco em PMR, Aging, inadimplência e evolução da carteira.Preparar apresentações e análises executivas para a Diretoria, traduzindo resultados e indicadores em recomendações objetivas.Atuar em parceria com as áreas do negócio, ampliando a visão financeira sobre decisões e projetos.Identificar oportunidades de automação, melhoria de processos e evolução dos controles financeiros.Apoiar projetos estratégicos da Companhia por meio de análises, projeções e avaliações de impacto financeiro.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades

Conduzir Budget, Forecast e análises de Real x Orçado.

Desenvolver modelos financeiros, cenários, dashboards e indicadores para suporte à gestão.

Analisar receitas, custos, despesas, fluxo de caixa e principais drivers do negócio.

Elaborar estudos de viabilidade e análises de investimentos, incluindo ROI, TIR, VPL e Payback.

Acompanhar Contas a Receber, PMR, Aging e inadimplência.

Elaborar análises e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão.

Atuar junto às áreas do negócio na identificação de riscos, oportunidades e melhorias de resultado.

Apoiar a automação e melhoria dos processos e controles financeiros.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em FP&A, Controladoria, Planejamento Financeiro ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com Budget, Forecast e análise de Real x Orçado.Domínio de DRE e Fluxo de Caixa.Experiência com modelagem financeira, cenários e estudos de viabilidade.Conhecimento de ROI, TIR, VPL e Payback.Experiência com Contas a Receber, Aging, inadimplência e PMR.Excel avançado e Power BI avançado.Forte capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com dados.Visão de negócio e capacidade de transformar análises em recomendações.Comunicação clara e facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.Perfil hands-on, autônomo, organizado e orientado a resultados.
