Gestão da RedeMonitorar indicadores de performance das unidades (financeiros, comerciais, operacionais e de marketing).Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais e do manual de franquia.Planejar e acompanhar ações táticas para suportar metas da rede.Implementar processos e rotinas de atendimento e suporte aos franqueados.Integrar iniciativas entre as áreas internas (marketing, comercial e treinamento) e a rede.2. Desenvolvimento dos FranqueadosEstruturar e liderar o modelo de consultoria de campo.Promover reuniões de rede, fóruns de boas práticas e rituais de alinhamento.Acompanhar onboarding e reciclagens, garantindo padronização e excelência operacional.3. Engajamento e PerformanceGarantir a execução de planos de marketing e campanhas comerciais nas unidades.Desenvolver campanhas de incentivo, programas de engajamento e desafios de performance.Criar iniciativas internas (gamificação, rankings, campanhas de metas).Acompanhar e impulsionar satisfação e engajamento dos franqueados.4.
