Principais Responsabilidades

Definir e evoluir a estratégia corporativa de IAM, PAM, CIEM e Governança de Acessos. Liderar equipes multidisciplinares responsáveis por IGA, PAM, CIAM, CIEM, Governança, Arquitetura e Operações de IAM. Garantir a execução dos processos de ciclo de vida de identidades (Joiner, Mover e Leaver) para associados e terceiros. Estabelecer controles de acesso baseados em risco, segregação de funções e aplicação do menor privilégio. Conduzir programas de Access Review, certificação de acessos e conformidade regulatória. Gerenciar plataformas estratégicas como SailPoint, Segura, Ping e Hashicorp. Liderar iniciativas de automação, transformação digital e melhoria contínua dos serviços de IAM. Assegurar a governança de contas privilegiadas e identidades não humanas (NHI). Atuar como principal ponto focal de IAM para auditorias, órgãos reguladores e requisitos de cibersegurança. Definir indicadores, metas e planos de evolução para aumentar a maturidade de segurança de identidades da organização. Gerenciar fornecedores, contratos, orçamento e roadmap estratégico da área. Apoiar a liderança executiva na tomada de decisão relacionada a riscos de acesso e identidade.

Técnicos:

IAM, IGA, PAM, CIAM e CIEM Microsoft Entra ID e Active Directory SailPoint ISC/IIQ Regulamentos e frameworks de segurança: NIST/ISO 27001/BACEN/LGPD Segurança em ambientes Cloud Auditoria, Compliance e Gestão de Riscos Arquitetura de Segurança Gestão de Serviços e Projetos
