Nosso bem mais precioso são as pessoas, por isso a Unicred promove a igualdade nas suas oportunidades! Vaga para atuar em Juiz de Fora/MG.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no desenvolvimento de processos de GP, buscando o alinhamento e a sinergia com o modelo de negócio da Instituição e as suas respectivas cooperativas; Ser guardião da cultura organizacional sistêmica;Atuar no desenvolvimento de líderes e liderados visando a aplicabilidade das competências organizacionais desejadas; Responder pelos resultados da área, assegurando a implementação de políticas e processos de gestão de pessoas, visando atingir os objetivos e resultados planejados; Garantir a implantação das melhores práticas na atuação da área de gestão de pessoas, assegurando o atingimento das metas definidas no planejamento estratégico e nas necessidades identificadas em mapeamentos com gestores e equipes; Diagnosticar e propor ações estratégicas que promovam a manutenção dos valores e da cultura da Instituição, buscando a melhoria contínua do clima organizacional; Atuar como agente mediador de conflitos, apoiando para que os desfechos ocorram de maneira igualitária; Garantir a governança dos processos de cargos, salários, carreiras e performance, com o objetivo de potencializar a atração e retenção de talentos, visando à melhoria nos processos e resultados; Garantir, em parceria com as áreas responsáveis, a atuação preventiva e corretiva nos processos trabalhistas; Atuar como parceiro do negócio, sendo capaz de traduzir e provocar discussões estratégicas, bem como desdobrá-las em plano de ação;Atuar como facilitador nos processos de integração de novos negócios, conduzindo para a rápida e adequada sinergia entre equipes e processos; Gerenciar os indicadores de Gestão de Pessoas, elaborando e monitorando o andamento destes, assegurando os resultados planejados; Responder pelo clima, gestão de pessoas e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos: Curso superior completo e pós graduação em Administração de Empresas, Psicologia ou área correlata.
