Estamos buscando um(a) Gerente de Grupo de Saúde, Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente para uma empresa de logística de grande porte, referência em operações de transporte no agronegócio. A posição será responsável pela gestão preventiva e integrada de SSMA em todas as operações, garantindo conformidade legal, controle sistemático de riscos, fortalecimento da cultura de segurança e continuidade operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e desenvolver a equipe técnica de SSMA, padronizando rotinas e garantindo cobertura técnica em todas as unidades, para que nenhuma operação crítica ocorra sem supervisão qualificada.Implementar e fortalecer a governança de riscos ocupacionais e ambientais, identificando perigos na fonte, aplicando a hierarquia de controles e revisando periodicamente os programas obrigatórios.Monitorar e analisar indicadores críticos de SSMA (acidentes, afastamentos, EPIs, auditorias, taxas de frequência e gravidade), convertendo-os em contramedidas e reportando à Diretoria.Assegurar a conformidade legal e documental com normas regulamentadoras, saúde ocupacional, legislação ambiental e normas de certificação, por meio de auditorias internas e acompanhamento de vencimentos.Engajar, capacitar e influenciar lideranças, motoristas e terceiros por meio de treinamentos, diálogos diários de segurança e campanhas de cultura de segurança.Representar a empresa como ponto focal técnico de SSMA junto a Operações, Clientes, Jurídico e órgãos fiscalizadores, conduzindo auditorias externas e participando de comitês.Coordenar a gestão de sinistros e o dimensionamento do SESMT, acionando seguradoras, gerenciando comunicações de acidente de trabalho e planejando a equipe técnica conforme o crescimento do quadro.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho, Engenharia Ambiental ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em logística, transporte rodoviário ou operações com motoristas;Inglês intermediárioConhecimento das normas regulamentadoras aplicadas ao transporte e à logística;Vivência em Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR) e Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO),COMPETÊNCIAS COMPORTAMENTAIS: Liderança técnica e de equipes Orientação para resultadosPensamento sistêmicoComunicação técnica e executivaGestão de stakeholdersAdaptabilidadeÉtica e integridadeSenso de urgênciaCriatividade e inovaçãoInformações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOSVale Alimentação e Vale RefeiçãoPlano de Saúde e Odontológico NacionalSeguro de VidaWellhubVeículo DesignadoPLR anualINFORMAÇÕES DE TRABALHORegime de contratação: CLTCarga horária: 40 horas semanais;Híbrido em São Paulo, SP
