Nosso time de engenharia busca profissionais que compartilhem dessa visão e estejam prontos para liderar a transformação energética e ambiental do país.Esta posição desempenha um papel estratégico na estrutura de Engenharia da Orizon VR, sendo responsável por estabelecer, liderar e integrar as práticas de desenvolvimento de projetos nas fases FEL1 e FEL2, prontidão operacional e comissionamento. O profissional atuará como elo entre as etapas de concepção, implantação e entrada em operação dos investimentos, garantindo uma transição estruturada e eficiente até a estabilização dos ativos.A função demanda visão sistêmica do negócio, forte capacidade de liderança transversal e habilidade de influenciar diferentes áreas e stakeholders. Espera-se uma atuação orientada à geração de valor, excelência operacional, segurança, previsibilidade na execução e sustentabilidade dos resultados, contribuindo diretamente para o sucesso e a perenidade dos investimentos da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar o desenvolvimento conceitual e os estudos de pré-viabilidade técnica, econômica e operacional dos projetos.Definir premissas, alternativas tecnológicas, estratégias de implantação e modelos de negócios.Consolidar business cases, estimativas de investimentos (CapEx/OpEx) e análises de riscos.Garantir o alinhamento dos projetos às diretrizes estratégicas, regulatórias, ambientais e financeiras da companhia.Estruturar e liderar o plano de prontidão operacional dos novos ativos, assegurando a preparação de pessoas, processos, sistemas e recursos para o início das operações.Integrar as áreas de engenharia, implantação, operação, manutenção e SSMA para garantir uma transição eficiente para a operação.Monitorar marcos de readiness e implementar ações corretivas para assegurar um start-up seguro e estável.Planejar e coordenar a estratégia de comissionamento, promovendo integração entre engenharia, construção, fornecedores e operação.Liderar as atividades de pré-comissionamento, comissionamento, testes integrados e partida dos sistemas.Garantir a validação, aceitação e entrega formal dos ativos conforme requisitos técnicos, de desempenho e segurança.Conduzir fóruns de governança e Gate Reviews, fornecendo informações estratégicas para a tomada de decisão.Gerenciar riscos técnicos, operacionais e regulatórios, assegurando a implementação de ações mitigadoras.Promover a integração entre áreas corporativas e operacionais para garantir o cumprimento de prazo, custo, qualidade, segurança e performance dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação/MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Operações, Energia ou áreas afins (desejável).Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de projetos (FEL), implantação industrial, prontidão operacional, comissionamento e start-up.Vivência em análise de viabilidade, gestão de riscos, contratos e interfaces multidisciplinares.Metodologias FEL, gestão de projetos, análise de viabilidade econômica e governança de investimentos.Operação industrial, manutenção, confiabilidade e readiness operacional.Planejamento e execução de comissionamento e partida de ativos.MS Project, Excel Avançado e Power BI.Conhecimento em SAP ou sistemas corporativos de gestão.PMP ou certificações equivalentes em Gestão de Projetos (desejável).Visão estratégica e sistêmica.Liderança, negociação e gestão de equipes multidisciplinares.Forte orientação para resultados, comunicação executiva e tomada de decisão.Inglês avançado (desejável).Informações adicionais• 🏥 Assistência Médica • 😁 Assistência Odontológica • 🏋️ Auxílio Academia • 💊 Auxílio Farmácia • 🎄 Cesta de Natal • 🛡️ Seguro de Vida • 🍽️ Vale-Refeição ou Alimentação  • 🚌 Vale-Transporte
