O nosso Propósito é fazer sempre o melhor e entregar sempre mais, criando um círculo virtuoso que melhora a vida dos nossos clientes, colaboradores, parceiros e comunidade que atuamos.E estamos à procura de pessoas que venham somar ao nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir a equipe de Legalização, promovendo alinhamento, integração e acompanhamento de desempenho, assegurando foco em resultados; Definir diretrizes para os processos de aprovação e legalização dos empreendimentos, orientando e acompanhando o trabalho das coordenações para garantir conformidade legal, qualidade técnica e aderência ao planejamento estratégico; Garantir a tramitação estratégica dos processos junto a municípios, estados, cartórios, autarquias e órgãos ambientais, representando a empresa e suas SPEs na defesa de seus interesses; Assegurar a regularização das áreas dos empreendimentos (retificação, subdivisão, unificação, cadastramento de lotes, etc.) necessária aos lançamentos; Monitorar o planejamento orçamentário da área, contemplando despesas administrativas e dos empreendimentos; Gerir indicadores estratégicos da área, promovendo análises e relatórios que apoiem a tomada de decisão da Diretoria; Assegurar a execução do planejamento estratégico dos empreendimentos em andamento, garantindo conformidade legal, prazos e cumprimento de metas; Coordenar o processo de finalização de obra (CVCO/TVO, AGI, transferência de IPTU) em conjunto com as demais áreas envolvidas; Garantir que a equipe esteja atualizada quanto à legislação, normas e decretos aplicáveis ao setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:Ensino superior em Arquitetura ou Engenharia Civil e especialização completa.Conhecimentos específicos:Incorporação imobiliária;Gestão de projetos de aprovação e legalização de empreendimentos (municipal, estadual, cartórios e órgãos ambientais);Controle de cronograma e orçamento.Diferenciais:Legislação de Plano Urbanístico e de Obras;Licenciamento ambiental (EIV) e leitura de projetos arquitetônicos e complementares; Análise de viabilidade legal de terrenos.Informações adicionaisJornada:Segunda a sexta, das 08:30 às 18:00 (1h de intervalo);Atuação presencial no centro de Curitiba/PR.Benefícios📄 Emissão de 13 notas fiscais ao ano;💳 Ajuda de custo (Caju);🤝 Programa de Indicação;💪 Wellhub (Gympass);🎉 Day Off no mês de aniversário;🏥 Plano de Saúde;🦷 Plano Odontológico;👶 Kit maternidade/paternidade;🎓 Parceria com instituições de ensino.Além disso: 🖥️ Equipamentos necessários para o trabalho;📈 Ciclo de Avaliação de Desempenho;🎯 Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI);🔄 Feedback contínuo.
