Vem ser CBA e Viva Corp e transformar seu futuro!Se você é movido por novos desafios, tem vontade de crescer e de trabalhar em um ambiente com um excelente clima organizacional, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Como Gerente de Incorporação e Legalização você será responsável por gerenciar o ciclo de incorporação e legalização dos empreendimentos da CBA e Vivacorp por meio da coordenação das análises técnicas, avaliações legais e processos de aprovação junto aos órgãos competentes com o objetivo de assegurar viabilidade e segurança regulatória, precisão documental dentro de padrão de qualidade de cada empreendimento.Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 O que espera por você no seu dia a dia:Gerenciar os processos de incorporação por meio da validação da documentação, elaboração dos quadros da NBR 12.721 e confirmação dos requisitos legais com o intuito de garantir conformidade normativa.Acompanhar processos de aprovação nas prefeituras, órgãos ambientais, concessionárias e corpo de bombeiros a partir da submissão das peças técnicas, acompanhamento das exigências e tratativas diretas com analistas públicos com vistas a manter andamento contínuo.Avaliar riscos urbanísticos, ambientais, jurídicos e regulatórios mediante leitura crítica das legislações, pareceres e exigências com o propósito de orientar ações preventivas.Gerenciar a interface com o jurídico por intermédio da análise de documentos de propriedade, riscos legais e demais exigências cartoriais com foco em garantir segurança jurídica dos empreendimentos.Acompanhar e validar o desenvolvimento dos projetos arquitetônicos, estruturais e complementares mediante conferência dos parâmetros urbanísticos, volumetrias e condicionantes técnicas como forma de assegurar compatibilidade legal.Gerenciar a obtenção de alvarás de construção, licenças ambientais e demais autorizações por meio do controle dos prazos, atendimento das exigências e organização dos documentos com vistas a garantir início regular das obras.Gerenciar processos de obtenção de Habite-se mediante conferência dos requisitos, organização das evidências e articulação com engenharia com o propósito de assegurar entrega regular dos empreendimentos.Representar a CBA CORP perante órgãos públicos, cartórios, escritórios de projeto e parceiros por meio da apresentação de documentos, defesa técnica das soluções e condução das tratativas necessárias com o intuito de fortalecer relações institucionais.Requisitos e qualificações🔎 O que esperamos de você:Pré-requisitos: FORMAÇÃO MÍNIMA: Graduação em Arquitetura ou Engenharia, MBA ou Pós-graduação cursando em Gestão de Projetos, Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, Planejamento Urbano, Direito Imobiliário ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisAqui você encontrará um ambiente colaborativo, cheio de profissionais competentes e comprometidos.
