Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Logística para liderar a operação de armazenagem e distribuição, com papel fundamental na evolução dos processos, otimização de custos e fortalecimento da estrutura logística da companhia.O desafio envolve dar continuidade à transformação operacional em andamento, garantindo maior eficiência, previsibilidade e governança dos processos logísticos. Essa pessoa será responsável por identificar oportunidades de melhoria, revisar modelos operacionais e contratuais e implementar soluções que contribuam para a sustentabilidade e escalabilidade do negócio.Procuramos um(a) profissional com visão estratégica, profundidade técnica e forte capacidade de execução, que tenha experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e operações de distribuição com elevada complexidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a estratégia e a operação logística, com foco em armazenagem, distribuição, eficiência operacional e nível de serviço;Conduzir iniciativas de reestruturação e melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos, promovendo maior produtividade, padronização e eficiência;Gerenciar operadores logísticos e parceiros terceirizados, assegurando o cumprimento dos contratos, indicadores de desempenho e níveis de serviço acordados;Revisar e negociar contratos logísticos, identificando oportunidades de otimização de custos, ganhos de eficiência e geração de savings;Desenvolver e implementar iniciativas de automação, melhorias sistêmicas e evolução dos controles operacionais;Gerenciar o orçamento da área, acompanhando custos logísticos, faturamento de operadores, desvios e oportunidades de otimização financeira;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, garantindo visibilidade dos resultados e suporte à tomada de decisão;Atuar em parceria com as áreas Comercial, Financeira e demais stakeholders, alinhando a capacidade operacional às necessidades e prioridades do negócio;Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo autonomia, evolução técnica, organização dos processos e fortalecimento da gestão;Participar ativamente das discussões operacionais e estratégicas, traduzindo desafios do dia a dia em planos de ação e soluções sustentáveis;Apoiar a evolução da estrutura logística, considerando o crescimento do negócio e as particularidades do mercado de distribuição.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em gestão logística, especialmente em operações de distribuição, armazenagem e gestão de operadores logísticos terceirizados.Vivência em operações de distribuição de grande porte, preferencialmente em empresas dos segmentos de varejo, tecnologia, bens de consumo ou distribuição B2B/B2C.Experiência em projetos de reestruturação operacional, transformação de processos ou evolução de modelos de distribuição.Conhecimento em gestão de contratos logísticos, negociações com fornecedores, orçamento e iniciativas de redução de custos.Experiência com sistemas SAP e TMS, sendo valorizada a participação em projetos de implantação ou melhorias sistêmicas.Histórico de liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes, com capacidade de atuar tanto na definição da estratégia quanto na execução.Inglês intermediário.
