Entendemos que para obter os melhores resultados, precisamos dos melhores profissionais.Estamos à procura de talentos que sejam criativos, inovadores e ousados na busca por conhecimento, que tragam resultados sustentáveis ao Grupo Limppano. Se você tem prazer em contribuir, gosta do que faz, e é focado em resultados essa VAGA é para VOCÊ!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar as operações logísticas da empresa, garantindo eficiência, produtividade, segurança e excelência no nível de serviço por meio da gestão integrada dos processos de armazenagem, distribuição, transportes, fretes e gestão de estoques, contribuindo para a competitividade e os resultados do negócio.Atividades:Liderar as operações de armazenagem, movimentação, expedição, distribuição, transporte e gestão de fretes.Garantir o cumprimento dos indicadores de desempenho, custos logísticos, nível de serviço e prazos de entrega.Gerenciar a contratação e o desempenho de transportadoras, negociando fretes e assegurando a eficiência das operações de transporte.Desenvolver estratégias para otimização da malha logística, redução de custos de transporte e aumento da produtividade operacional.Garantir a gestão eficiente dos estoques, inventários e a acuracidade das informações.Conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua, automação e transformação logística.Liderar equipes operacionais, promovendo alta performance, segurança e desenvolvimento contínuo.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Supply Chain, Produção, Comercial, PCP, Compras e Financeiro para garantir a excelência na cadeia logística.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara você fazer parte do nosso Grupo de talentos, você precisa ter:Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado um diferencial.Sólida experiência na gestão de operações logísticas, armazenagem, movimentação, expedição, distribuição, transportes e fretes.Sólida experiência em negociação e redução de custo em frete nível Brasil;Vivência em Centros de Distribuição (CD), armazenagem, gestão de estoques e negociação com transportadoras operação própria ou terceirizada.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Supply Chain, Produção, Comercial, PCP, Compras e Financeiro com planejamento Logístico e Otimização de Processos.Experiência na gestão de indicadores, orçamento e projetos de melhoria contínua com utilização de metodologias ageis.Conhecimento em WMS/Infor, TMS/Lincros, ERP, Excel e Power BI.Disponibilidade de horário e para viagens.Comportamentos esperados:Liderança e Desenvolvimento de Equipes – Inspirar, engajar e desenvolver talentos, promovendo alta performance.Gestão por Resultados – Definir metas, acompanhar indicadores e garantir o alcance dos objetivos do negócio.Tomada de Decisão – Analisar cenários, priorizar ações e decidir com agilidade e assertividade.Gestão da Mudança – Liderar transformações, promover melhoria contínua e conduzir equipes em ambientes dinâmicos.Comunicação e Influência – Estabelecer relacionamentos eficazes, alinhar equipes e influenciar stakeholders internos e externos.Informações adicionaisModelo: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ).Atuação em posição estratégica, com autonomia para liderar as operações logísticas e contribuir para a evolução dos resultados do negócio.
