Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Logística Jr para liderar operações logísticas internas e terceirizadas, garantindo alto nível de serviço ao cliente e eficiência operacional.Essa posição terá papel estratégico na condução de projetos de melhoria contínua, gestão de custos e desenvolvimento de parceiros logísticos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Gerenciar a operação logística interna e em terceiros, assegurando o atendimento aos clientes;Liderar projetos de produtividade, eficiência e melhorias operacionais, equilibrando custos e nível de serviço;Garantir a acuracidade de inventário, bem como a eficiência de processos de recebimento, armazenagem e expedição;Gerenciar contratos logísticos e monitorar o desempenho de prestadores de serviços;Atuar de forma integrada com áreas internas e parceiros externos;Conduzir projetos logísticos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua;Assegurar que os processos logísticos estejam devidamente documentados;Garantir que as equipes estejam treinadas conforme normas de segurança e legislação vigente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 8 anos em logística, incluindo transporte, operações e melhoria contínua;Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes;Vivência em planejamento integrado e colaboração com diferentes áreas e prestadores de serviço;Experiência em gestão de projetos logísticos;Conhecimento em PL;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na região de São Paulo/SP.Conhecimentos técnicos:Conhecimento em ERP e pacote Office (especialmente Excel);Inglês avançado;Espanhol intermediário (diferencial);Pós-graduação será considerada um diferencial.Perfil desejado:Forte capacidade analítica e visão estratégica;Perfil de liderança e influência;Orientação para resultados e eficiência;Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação;Organização e foco em melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Remuneração compatível com mercado, auxílio alimentação, auxílio transporte, plano de saúde e odontológico, seguro de vida, bolsa de estudo, entre outros.
